Our review system is also picked up by Google, so you can be assured that any feedback left will gain some serious exposure. All feedback is manually approved by our administrators, and where possible we like to try and give a business the chance to respond or resolve before any negative comments go live. We have tried to build the fairest review system possible, that will both benefit visitors and the countless professional businesses struggling to make a living.
