Lohans is a stylish contemporary café bar restaurant 'a hidden gem' in the heart of Salthill overlooking the Prom, just minutes from Galway City Centre.
Lohans is just the place for some great food & drinks at fair prices, at the bar or in the restaurant area at the back with food served all day. The atmosphere is relaxed and what you get here is informal drinking & dining in comfortable, pleasant surroundings: menus are offered for breakfast and lunch, as well as dinner, and there's a separate children's menu.
Decorated in tune with the style of food service - simple, no-fuss, efficient - there's a buzzy atmosphere all day.
Cooking combines old-fashioned generosity with some contemporary and sophisticated twists along with some traditional classics like bacon & cabbage.
The evening menu is more extensive, with an emphasis on fresh seafood, and plenty of mouthwatering specials. The menu is complemented perfectly by our extensive wine and international beer list and an exclusive selection of draught beers. Lohans food is at the heart of our business with food served all day from 9am until late.
Unfortunately we don't take bookings, so we advise that you get here about 7.30pm if you want to have a reasonably quiet dinner without a long wait.
