Bistro at the bar The redesign of the Bistro was inspired by the colours of the Waterford Marina, overlooked by the hotel and within view of the restaurant. The imaginative menu is a mixture of local and European influences and this award winning Bistro has become a very popular choice amongst the local Waterford restaurant pundits. Alephi Riverside Bar in Tower hotel Waterford with views overlooking the Marina, the Adelphi Bar, the hotel's main bar, is adjacent to the reception and lobby area. The Adelphi Bar is a bright and spacious lounge providing informal surroundings to relax and enjoy a drink, and providing a range of speciality coffees, beers, wines and cocktails as well as a variety of hearty and healthy snacks and meals.The bar is open daily with extended hours over the weekends. There is live entertainment every Friday and Saturday evening in the Adelphi Bar. Carvery lunch is served daily from 12.30 – 14.30 along with a menu offering a selection of hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, paninis, soup and light snacks which are available throughout the day.
