Walshs Bar.......On the High Street, Dunmore's smallest ,highest and finest family-run purveyor of fine porter, spirits and good humorous company. The 'front bar ' caters for knowledgeable debate of local and international consequence without distraction. The 'living room ' lounge is a more intimate turf-fire setting with sport always on tap. The 'games room' is for settling 'auld' pool ,darts and musical scores, suited more to the young at heart. Our newly opened function rooms cater for birthdays, private parties and fundraising events .We offer 'FREE' hot finger food to pre booked parties,so if you have anything in mind ,just 'talk to joe' on 087 98987072
Walsh's Bar.......On the High Street, is over 150 years old. My wife Sinead is a Dunmorewegian and this is her family home. I myself come from Milltown ,a nearby rival village, of which the locals often remind me. We are seventh generation publicans and quite proud. The essence of Walsh's Bar.......On the High Street is of community involvement and a 'meeting house' for discussion , scealtha and an oasis for light hearted fun.
