In an opulent yet intimate setting, Aidan, along with his experienced team draw upon their extensive knowledge from Continental Europe, Asia and New York, bringing to the region a new experience in dining.The menu showcases several of the very best of Clare Region ..fresh fish dishes, including a fresh catch of the day, locally sourced organic salads and our signature dish of Hereford rib-eye steak, for anyone who would like to discover a forgotten dish from the last century, saddle of rabbit. To complete the evening, the chefs have created some lovely dessert dishes, including a rice pudding with caramelised rhubarb and pistachio ice cream.
